1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SlumberVision (“the Service”), operated by SlumberVision (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

SlumberVision is an AI-powered dream interpretation platform that generates personalized reports combining classical dream analysis traditions (Zhou Gong, Jungian, Freudian) with modern AI technology. The Service includes:

  • Free Tier: One basic dream interpretation per day, including a summary, identified symbols, and emotional tone analysis.
  • Paid Report (€4.99): A comprehensive deep analysis report with multi-framework symbol interpretation, AI-generated dream artwork, 6-axis psychological dimension radar analysis, life guidance, mirror questions, classical references, and a shareable dream card.

3. Disclaimer — Entertainment Purpose Only

All dream interpretations provided by SlumberVision are for entertainment and personal self-reflection purposes only. The Service does not provide and should not be construed as medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or any other form of professional advice. AI-generated interpretations are based on pattern matching and cultural dream analysis traditions — they are not clinical diagnoses.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, or psychological difficulties, please consult a qualified mental health professional. In case of emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. User Content & Conduct

By submitting dream descriptions (“User Content”), you:

  • Grant SlumberVision a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (generating interpretations and artwork).
  • Represent that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or infringe any third-party rights.
  • Agree not to submit content that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. We do not sell or share your dream descriptions with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Prohibited Content & AI Content Safety Policy

SlumberVision generates AI artwork and text as part of dream reports. The following content is strictly prohibited and must not be requested, generated, or distributed through the Service:

  • Sexually explicit or NSFW content: Any content depicting nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses, or pornographic material.
  • Child exploitation material: Any content depicting or suggesting the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM). This is reported to law enforcement.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Deepfakes, face-swaps, or AI-generated imagery depicting real individuals in intimate or compromising situations without their explicit consent.
  • Violent or graphic content: Content depicting extreme violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups.
  • Hate speech and discrimination: Content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Enforcement: We employ automated content moderation filters on all user inputs. Dream descriptions that contain prohibited content will be rejected before processing. Users who repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content may have their access permanently revoked without refund.

7. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Paid reports are processed securely through our payment partner, Creem (creem.io). All prices are listed and charged in EUR. Payment is required before delivery of paid reports.

  • Delivery: Paid reports are generated and delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation via webhook.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of the product, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for issues such as technical failures resulting in non-delivery. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.   • No Subscriptions: SlumberVision uses a one-time payment model. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The SlumberVision brand, logo, website design, AI prompts, and underlying technology are the property of SlumberVision and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated dream interpretations and artwork included in your report are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your dream cards and report excerpts on social media with attribution. You may not resell or commercially distribute generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLUMBERVISION AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any decisions or actions taken based on dream interpretations
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of our registered business entity, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
